What exactly is KatKat?
KatKat is where fun and friendship meet! We create playful, colorful products that spark connection and adventure — like CARds (a game for car rides), Couple Coupons (scratch-off activity cards), and Pocket Letters (tiny cups of motivational notes). Basically, we’re here to help you swap “meh” moments for memorable ones and we´re just getting started! There´s lots more in the making so stay tuned.

Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship across the EU. Whether you’re road-tripping in Slovenia or sipping coffee in Paris, your KatKat goodies can find their way to you anywhere in the European Union.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 2–3 business days. After that, delivery time depends on your location and the postal service (especially during busy holidays), but within the EU it’s typically 5–8 business days. (We promise it’s worth the wait :)
Will I be able to track my package?
Yes! The moment it ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can watch it travel its way to you. (Warning: refreshing the tracking page every 10 minutes is completely normal.)
Do Pocket Letters really make Mondays better?
100%. No lab coats needed — tiny motivational notes are basically magic.
What happens if I scratch off a Couple card and don’t want to do it?
No KatKat police will show up, promise. Save it for another day or swap with a friend. The point is fun, not pressure.
Do we have to finish the whole deck of CARds in one go?
Absolutely not. This is a card game, not a marathon. Play a few, take a snack break, continue when the vibes are right. There is no “right” way to play: You can go in order, shuffle wildly, skip one, repeat your favorite. We don’t believe in strict rules — only good company.
Can I reuse my product?
Absolutely. We’re not into one-hit wonders. Our products are designed to stick around and keep the good times going.
